If u want to know Salsforce.com professionals certifications details or if u want to verify certification details then u can get that information easily by following below steps.
step 1:
Go to the following url http://certification.salesforce.com/verification
The following page will be displayed.
step 2:
Enter their full name (first and last) or primary email address in the search areas present in above image.
Results will be displayed if they are currently certified and have selected to share their certification information.
For example if u type "jeff Douglas" in Full Name search area and click search button,then the results will be displayed as below
If u click "view certifications " results will be displayed as below
